CALL TO ORDER

Partners in Project Green Meeting #1/23 was held via video conference, on Tuesday April 4, 2023, pursuant to section C.12 of the TRCA’s Board of Directors Administrative By-Law. The Acting Chair, Darryl Gray, called the meeting to order at 9:36 a.m. and provided a brief introduction and welcome.

  THAT Ms. Joanne Hyde, Clerk and Manager, Policy, TRCA, Ms. Jennifer Taves, Senior Manager, Sustainable Communities, TRCA and Mr. Darryl Gray, Director, Education and Training, TRCA, be appointed as scrutineers for the election of officers of Toronto and Region Conservation Authority's Partners in Project Green.

John Coyne nominated Michelle Brown for Co-Chair of Partners in Project Green.

Michelle Brown indicated that she would stand for the office of Co-Chair.

Michelle Brown was declared elected by acclamation as Co-Chair of TRCA's Partners in Project Green.
