Acquisition of property located east of Highway 50 and north of Hillview Place, legally known as Part Lot 23, Concession 7, in the Town of Caledon, Regional Municipality of Peel, under the “Greenlands Acquisition Project for 2021-2030,” Flood Plain and Conservation Component, Humber River watershed (CFN 67431)

Extension of Contract No. 10035552 for Vendor of Record (VOR) arrangement for supply and delivery of various erosion and sediment control materials from May 6, 2023 to May 6, 2025

Approval of appointments to the Natural Science and Education Committee (NSEC) until November 14, 2026

To seek Board of Directors approval of the Partners in Project Green Executive Management Committee (PPG EMC) appointments for the 2022-2026 Term

Award of Request for Proposal (RFP) No. 10038972 for airborne capture of LiDAR (Light Detection and Ranging) data for an area covering 4 Conservation Authority jurisdictions including Toronto and Region Conservation Authority (TRCA), Lake Simcoe Conservation Authority, Credit Valley Conservation Authority and Conservation Halton, or parts thereof.  The successful vendor will acquire and classify data to meet the Federal Airborne LiDAR Acquisition Guideline which will then be used to produce reliable floodplain mapping within the project area

Approval of TRCA’s full costing methodology, which is used for all eligible fee for service work, including work associated with municipal Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs), and grants received, including grants from other levels of government

To provide an update to Toronto and Region Conservation Authority’s (TRCA) Board of Directors on work underway to update and develop new Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs) and other agreements with participating and partner municipalities in the context of the updated Conservation Authorities Act (CA Act) and regulations, and to obtain Board approval of the fourth progress report on this work, as required under O.Reg. 687/21, Transition Plans and Agreements for Programs and Services Under Section 21.1.2 of the Act under the Conservation Authorities Act ("Transition Regulation"), to be submitted to the Province

The purpose of this report is to present Toronto and Region Conservation Authority's (TRCA) Section 28 permit application review service delivery for 2022 pursuant to the Conservation Ontario Client Service and Streamlining Initiative
